Exp : 2 -5 Yrs

Job Description: Quality Control Inspector for a Wastewater Treatment Company

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspection and Testing:

- Perform routine inspections of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure proper functioning and compliance with regulatory standards.

- Conduct visual, functional, and performance-based tests on pumps, valves, filters, chemical dosing systems, and other treatment components.

- Collect and analyze wastewater samples to assess the efficiency of treatment processes and the quality of treated water.

2. Compliance Monitoring:

- Verify that wastewater treatment processes and operations adhere to local, state, and federal environmental regulations and permits.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ensure that the company remains in compliance.

3. Data Collection and Reporting:

- Record inspection findings, test results, and observations accurately and comprehensively.

- Generate detailed reports outlining inspection results, highlighting deviations, and recommending corrective actions.

4. Problem Identification and Resolution:

- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify issues affecting wastewater treatment efficiency and quality.

- Participate in root cause analysis for identified problems and contribute to the development of corrective and preventive actions.

5. Quality Improvement:

- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures, guidelines, and best practices to enhance wastewater treatment processes and outcomes.

- Propose process modifications or equipment upgrades based on inspection results and industry advancements.

6. Training and Communication:

- Conduct training sessions for operations and maintenance personnel on quality control procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, providing insights from inspections and offering recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Health and Safety:

- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures while conducting inspections and tests.

- Identify potential safety hazards related to equipment, chemicals, or processes and report them promptly.
