Responsibilities
Responsible for on-spec deliveries to customers, understanding customer complaints, and improving the quality on products. Monitor adherence to QMS and maintain records
· On-spec deliveries to customers to ensure proper (on all Specifications) material packed.
· Understand Previous Customer Complaints and make a CAPA Action Plan to improve the quality on the product.
· Monitoring the adherence to QMS and report any deviations
· Adhere to 5S and Kaizen on the Shop floor
Gauge instrument Calibration and Maintain records
