We are Looking For Quality HEAD/ Quality Manager

The Company Has Machine Shop Industries

Candidate Have Min. with 8 to 10 yrs experience in Quality Managment

Department Particularly worked in CNC VMC Shop Fabrication Industry.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience in Suppliers Quality Assessment, Parts Quality Assurance, Process Development (QPS/Works standards), Report Making and ISO Internal Audits.
  • Excellent in defining implementing quality standards structured processes / internal control plansfor manufacturing operations of equipment and machines as well as standard product.
  • Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan and other related quality documents.
  • Involving in Quality Audit.
  • Coordinating with global customers and resolving quality issues.
  • Conduct regular audits of internal processes to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address identified gaps.
  • Manage and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Should be expert in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 quality standards.
  • Knowledge of quality tools and AutoCAD drawings is an added advantage.
