Roles and Responsibilities

Undertakes quality initiatives, audits, risk management as due in conjunction with the
Quality Coordinator.
Assisting in periodic review, distribution, maintenance, withdrawal and archiving of SOPs.
Assisting in preparation of Internal Audit Policy for the QA department.
Conducting quality audits in various departments from time to time.
Ensuring safety rounds to be conducted on a monthly basis.
Responsible for Induction and training of new employees and ongoing training of SOPs for the existing staff.
Assisting in collecting the quality indicator data on a monthly basis from various departments.
Suggesting the CAPA based on the finding of quality indicators.
Assisting in organizing the committee meetings and maintaining committee meetings.
Participating in various committees.
Conducting the various audits on a regular interval.
Organising and conducting the various mock drills and maintaining its record.
Responsible for overall management and implementation of quality management systems like ISO, NABH, JCI, Aushman Bharat etc as per their standards.
Assisting in DNB accreditation programme in all aspects.
Organising and coordinating various workshops/event like Program On Implementation,BLS/ACLS etc
Identification of gaps, develop action plan under the guidance of in- charge of the hospital and monitor compliance
Assisting in maintaining the all regulatory compliances such as BMW, Blood Bank/Storage license, AREB regulations, etc
Review and verification of corrective action of the cited observations.
Undertaking various Projects, Strategic planning and policy development.
When assigned, completes special projects and performs other related duties according to agreed upon goals and parameters
Any other work assigned from time to time by the hospital management / Superiors
