* QUALIFICATION-(DIPLOMA OR DEGREE)MECHANICAL ENGINEER/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

* HIGH RISE BUILDING CONSTRUCTION BACK GROUND WOULD BE MORE PREFERABLE

 On Site Pre & Post Contract Quantity Surveying works.
 Anticipating cost to complete the works with respect to revised drawings and site conditions and updating project financial implication to the company.
 Preparing Tender Comparison, Bid Clarification and Negotiation of all MEP packages.
 Quantity Take off all MEP Packages, BOQ preparation and validation.
 Preparation of LOA/LOI/Work Order.
 Assisting in preparation of Quarterly Budget and Monthly Cash flows.
 Preparing Interim/Final payment certificates, Variation orders and assisting Cost Manager for preparing monthly Cost report.
 Verification of Rate analysis of extra items.
 Negotiating and closing of all MEP Final Accounts/Claims
 Quantity reconciliation and tracking of employer supplied material

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
