The Team

Work you’ll do

As a part of our Risk Advisory team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

Experience :Minimum 2+ year of relevant experience in BCM.


Role Description -Responsible for developing, maintaining and testing the business continuity program. Support the Organization to manage a crisis event as well as meet compliance requirements for BCP planning.

§ Work with all functional business areas to develop and maintain a corporate wide BCP program that addresses business recovery and emergency response management.

§ Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify risks, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.

§ Relationship management with external vendors, development of corporate BCM policy, standards, and guidelines.

§ Design and facilitate tests and exercises on the business plans and crisis management execution.

§ Report to the Crisis Management Steering Committee Meeting and define on-going goals, objectives and initiatives.

§ Provide Business Continuity Planning training to all employees having a need to understand the Business Continuity Planning process.

§ Lead and facilitate execution of the plan and support plan navigation for the business at the time of an event.

Qualifications

1. Relevant years of management end-to-end business continuity program

2. Knowledge of widely used business continuity tools

3. Experience with ISO22301 implementation and audits

4. Preferred certifications CBCI / CBCP / ISO22301 LI or LA Offensive Security Certified Professional, CISA

5 B.E / B.Tech (Tier 1/2) in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
