We are looking for a research and development assistant engineer intern with an attitude to learn and manage tasks that support our research & development department’s daily activities.

We seek motivated and skilled undergraduate students/fresh graduates willing to learn new skills & experience in research and development projects.

R&D engineer assistant intern will be responsible for:

Background knowledge of mechanical engineering.

• Interns should work on projects assigned by the Design Development Manager and Management.
• Assigned project study and search for newtechnology, research paper data analysis.
• Brainstorm and Ideate on the new features and work closely with the team.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, creativity, innovation, and a passionfor research and development.
• Should be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
• Design concepts and drawings drafting prepared and evaluateto determine the best product.
• Should present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming.
• Work on material selection, research, and product & molds design verifications.
• You should update day-to-day projects work and report it to our team members.
• Performing design activities that includes Sheet metal design, Machine/Scientific lab instrument design, design integration, tolerance stack up, CAD modeling & prototyping, assembly, drawing creation, and modification.
• Evolving current design, transferring new concept designs to manufacturing, and addressing manufacturing/field corrections/improvements.
• Sustaining 2D drawings and associated solid models based on feedback from the D&D, customer service, and quality assurance.
• Understanding fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of best practices for design for manufacturing, serviceability, and reliability.

Familiarity with products, Instruments, machines, and product design & development in an industrial environment.

Good organizational, design & development skills.

Required skills to have for the success of this role.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical and relevant field

Experience of 0-1 years Mechanical Engineering

Internship: 6 Months
