Sales manager (Male)

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager, who will be responsible for counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
Responsibilities - Generate clients to buy, sell and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Show properties to potential buyers and Tenants.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
Appraise property values.
Requirements - Experienced with Real Estate Business.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property in all over Gurgaon.
Ability to understand and present contracts.
