Job Description:

As a Real Estate Sales Executive at KeyAsset, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our real estate properties in Hyderabad, Telangana. You will be responsible for actively engaging with potential customers, making sales calls, arranging site visits, and effectively closing deals. Your primary focus will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels such as referrals, online platforms, databases, and networking.

2. Sales Calls: Proactively contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce them to our real estate offerings, explain the features and benefits, and answer any queries they may have.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized service, and addressing their concerns promptly.

4. Site Visits: Schedule and accompany clients on property visits to showcase the features, amenities, and advantages of our properties. Provide them with detailed information and assist in decision-making.

5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Handle all documentation, paperwork, and necessary formalities to successfully close sales.

6. Market Research: Stay updated with the real estate market trends, competitors’ offerings, and pricing strategies to provide accurate information to clients and gain a competitive edge.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the sales manager.

8. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company. Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or courses in real estate sales will be an advantage.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Hyderabad market. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language. Ability to articulate the features and benefits of properties convincingly.

4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.

5. Customer Service: Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Ability to understand and address customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Market Knowledge: Sound understanding of the real estate market in Hyderabad, including knowledge of different localities, upcoming projects, pricing trends, and legal regulations.

7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales-related tools. Familiarity with online property portals and digital marketing will be an added advantage.

8. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
