Job Summary

  • O3Hire guns with a mission to recruit Outstanding Hire with Optimistic approach in Organized manner in respect of vacancy & company needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

1)Requisition Management

  • Understanding & analyzing the need of Business units & working on job descriptions.
  • Hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance & Accounts, T &D and other business functions.
  • Creating requisitions & posting job ads on job portals.

2)Sourcing & Screening

  • Receiving applications, screening through, sorting out profiles based on pre requisites & skill sets.
  • Processing the qualified candidates, preparing them for the Interview Process

Note: - Intial 180 Days Training post that role will be given stipend will be provided during training period

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹147,215.00 - ₹300,760.00 per year
