Job content

    • Responsible for handling Recruitment Talent management inclusive of client co-ordination, and service delivery. Being the (SPOC) for allocated clients and continuously nurture the client to generate additional assignments.
    • Managing clients and team of experienced recruiters.
    • Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, co-ordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post offer process and final joining.
    • Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques.
    • Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude.
    • Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients requirement based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication etc.
