  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

    • Key Responsibilities :1, Ability to analyze and resolve complex Linux infrastructure / Platform and application deployment issues 2, Self-motivated, detailed oriented and able to work independently to meet deadline within time constraints 3, Capacity management, OS Master Management, OS Compatibility Matrix, OS hardening, patch management 4, OS migration Strategy, planning and execution Platform Management Automation Agile and highly adaptable for changing priorities

    • Technical Experience :      1, Strong Agile delivery practice for infrastructure projects 2, At least 8 years of experience with Linux Background with automation skills 3, Linux project delivery experience in HA, hyperconverged and private cloud environment 4, Strong Knowledge and experience in automation with Ansible 5, Google experience on OS image building and Hardning 6, Experience on building templates as Infrastructure as a code such as Terraform 7, Should have experience in architecting and developing solutions

    • Professional Attributes :      1, Good communication and interpersonal skills 2, Issues Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Strong writing skills and stockholder management 3, Excellent problem-solving skills and mitigate technical issues

    • Educational Qualification :      1, Main Steam Graduate from any university
