We are looking for Regional / Branch Manager to handle the Sales Operation for the assigned Region.

Locate Potential Laminate Distributor
Negotiation and appointing Distributors
Prepare Monthly Sales and collection Plan
Credit control of each Distributor
Build and promote strong, long lasting relationship with Distributor and Dealers
Assisting Distributors for secondary sales
Achieving Regional Sales Target
Identify new sales opportunity and generate revenue

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise in strategic planning, negotiation & communication, leadership, presentation skills and problem solving
Highly analytical, detail oriented and process driven
Highly adaptable and excited to operate in a fast-paced environment
Self motivated with a result driven approach and passion for sales
Prior experience in handling the sales of building material
Proficiency in English and Regional language
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 6 11 years of experience
Willingness to travel
