Job Purpose

To drive business through distributors across the Region

Key Accountabilities

  • Planning and appointment of distributors and ensure to close month on month business projection as per company business objective.
  • Deliver channel expansion objectives as per AOP
  • Expand Dulux footprint in vacant towns.
  • Deliver productivity of DSR.
  • Ensure Business hygiene/Process at Distributors as per company policy
  • Ensure Ways of working to deliver AOP
  • Build capability

Experience

8-10 years’ experience in channel management
