Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage large direct sales team & their productivity.
  • Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential,and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities.
  • Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with
  • company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Network with small business people and investor in order to establish potential business ventures.
  • Attend Networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned recommended events.
  • Maintain regular contacts to carry out programs and to explain specialized matters, or
  • occasional contacts with officials at higher levels on matters requiring cooperation, explanation and persuasion.
  • Responds to and handles unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance.
  • Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Makes recommendations or decisions as required.
  • Selling Franchisee and exploring new markets across India.
  • Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
  • Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel.
  • Should be confident with the team handling role to drive productive sales.
  • Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses,
  • Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) to the prospective Franchise Partner
