Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage large direct sales team & their productivity.
- Investigate business activity and industry trends and competition
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential,and financial; evaluating options: resolving internal priorities.
- Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with
- company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Network with small business people and investor in order to establish potential business ventures.
- Attend Networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings as well as any other assigned recommended events.
- Maintain regular contacts to carry out programs and to explain specialized matters, or
- occasional contacts with officials at higher levels on matters requiring cooperation, explanation and persuasion.
- Responds to and handles unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance.
- Protect organizations value by keeping information confidential.
- Makes recommendations or decisions as required.
- Selling Franchisee and exploring new markets across India.
- Identify the potential Investors through various sources.
- Confident in handling HNI Clients and Elite class personnel.
- Should be confident with the team handling role to drive productive sales.
- Explain the FRANCHISE MODEL (Investment, Fixed Expenses,
- Variable Expenses, R.O.I, Profit Share etc) to the prospective Franchise Partner
