We are having an urgent requirements for the position of Regional Head in IM vertical with one of the Leading Life Insurance company.

Job Description
  • To Manage Relationship and drive Sales through Cluster Managers/ Territory Managers and Partners by selling life insurance
  • To build a Roadmap to plan, achieve his target and expand by achieving his Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Annual targets in various parameters like Manpower, NB premium, product mix, persistency, RP & Agent Hiring and Activation, club up-gradation etc and business Quality.
  • To devise strategies for deeper market penetration and improved market share by using our strength over Competition.
  • To implement sales strategy and ensure productivity of the field force through strong monitoring mechanisms
  • To build a robust and profitable distribution network of RP and FLS.
  • To ensure compliance and business quality as per the guidelines of the organization
  • Hiring and retaining talents for working in Life Insurance business
  • Manage multiple business levers cross to ensure desired quality and quantity of business
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Should be good at relationship building/management.
  • Should have excellent communication, inter personal and managerial skills.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge & experience in Life Insurance in Agency / IM channel and related financial market.
  • Should have analytical skills to understand the gap between current business and potential business opportunities.
  • Should have good presentation, coaching and training skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in highly demanding and competitive environment.
