    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for revenue generation, gold loan disbursementand collection.Responsible for recruitment and trainingof branch employeeswith co-ordination of concern department..Launching new contest inevery month inmy region to push the sales volume.Responsible for generating revenue from the third party product suchashealth insurance, forex, money transfer , gold jewellery etc.Responsible for entire operation process which include auditing, Gold inspection, recovery of the loan.As on date total portfolio size is28 crore, span of control is 70.Looking after the entire legal process against spurious gold customers, theft gold customers and internal fraudswith the help concern department.


    Desired Candidate Profile

    Need 8+yrs Experience in banking ,non banking ,financial sector
    must be a graduate
    need good communication
