Role - Sales Head (West) (Insurance Broking)

Experience - 6-12 yrs (Only from Broking houses)

Location - Mumbai

We at ResourceTree Global Services are hiring for our client an Insurance Broking house a Sales Head professional to take care of West region.

Sales function:

  • Responsible for achieving the sales goals of the region.
  • Handling Key client decision makers and maintaining excellent relationship with them. Leveraging on the relationship with corporates and focusing on deal closures.
  • Responsible for new business development and to ensure consistent flow of revenue for the company.
  • Liaisoning with insurers and TPA for providing better services and quotes to clients.
  • Create and execute strategies to explore new potential markets.
  • Tracking of competitor activities to understand the market trends and take pro-active actions.
  • Develop, maintain and nurture long term relationships with accounts and key client decision-makers.
  • Analyzing their risk portfolio, suggesting way forward to mitigate losses and maintain a healthy bottom line.
  • Giving a clear Understanding on the pricing and features of the product and their impact on profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹3,500,000.00 per year
