Experience: 3-10 years in Real Estate/Construction Finance is must

Educational Qualification:

· Graduate with MBA / CA preferred. Relevant experience in Real Estate Industry / Construction Finance is more important.

Key Objective of the Job:

1. To Originate, on-board / build and maintain healthy and profitable Construction Finance Portfolio / Real Estate Domain.

2. Obtaining all the data required for processing the proposals.

3. Execution of the disbursement for proposals sanctioned.

4. Ensure quality portfolio & thorough monitoring of existing accounts.

5. Ongoing monitoring of accounts including tracking developments in the industry and the account to identify early stress and work with risk teams in devising appropriate mitigation strategies wherever required.

6. Focused housekeeping which involves follow up on clearing deferrals/ overdue/delays appearing in daily MIS circulated by Operations team.

7. Monitoring project sales, collection, construction activity & routing of sales proceeds in Escrow accounts

8. Appropriate level of client calling to develop strong understanding of client’s/Developer’s overall financial health

Major Deliverables:

1. Fresh Sourcing for construction finance proposals, measured in disbursements.

2. Preparing CAM / proposal note along with Credit Manger & presenting to approving Authority

3. Completing Disbursement formalities

4. Monitoring of financed projects and maintaining clean portfolio measured in portfolio size, NII and overdues.

5. Relationship with developers measured in home loan cross sell percentages.

Specialized job competencies:

· Excellent analytical skills – ability to take decision in limited data situation.

· Expertise in managing high stake negotiations.

· Credit appraisal of mid-size (10 to 50 Cr) loan proposals.

· Understanding of Real Estate Industry, builder/developers’ business

· Good understanding of Local Regulations, RERA guidelines, legal intricacies and technical requirements of real estate development

Other desired attributes:

· Proficiency in Hindi and English (must), Good communication skills.

· Ability to work in team spread across locations. Ability to manage business of a location single handedly

· Ability to work closely with other internal stake holders

· Multi-tasking. Managing diverse challenging deadlines and demanding expectations.

· Computer and MS Office proficiency..

Salary: From ₹125,000.00 per month
