Job Description
Relationship Manager - Bancassurance
To generate leads and use enablers for lead generation.
To meet 3 new customers everyday
To provide sales and services and up-selling product with existing customers
To ensure branch staff activation for every quarter
To train and skill partner for selling and pitching our product
To ensure 100% of branches with minimum 2 to 3 sp license holders and support them with the same to drive the business target achievements.

Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline
- 1-2 years experience in relevant sales(Banca preferrable)
- Age 25 - 35 years
- Min of 2yrs Sales Exp in financial institution, preferably partnership channels
- Two wheeler must
- Good Communication in English
- Job stability of min.2 years is must

Benefits
Salary: 2LPA - 3LPA (CTC)
