Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Driving Customer On boarding, and retention with a strong Revenue Focus
  • Responsible for driving business development efforts in the region,
  • Nurturing and building existing Customer Relationships
  • Represent the company in the market and build an industry network and manage key stakeholder relationships.
  • Visit clients/potential clients to evaluate needs and/or promote platform and allied services
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Build awareness of the platform through participation in local/regional events, organizations and affiliations.
  • Generate Market Intelligence which would be of use to modify existing offerings/ generate new revenue streams.
  • Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business
  • Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making appropriate changes

  • Experience in design and implementation of business development strategy

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with managing team of on roll or off roll sales team.
  • Experience with b2b sales of industrial product for SME/MSME/Metal/Manufacturing/ tools/CNC/Cutting tools etc/Engineering/Automation/
