Role & Responsiblities

Our client is looking for a seasoned Paint Resin Technologist to head the R&D of the Paint Resin division. The position is based at its HO at Haridwar, UK and reports to Director.

Key Result Areas

• Provide leadership to the R&D team to achieve business objectives.

• Develop new formulations to meet the existing and future needs of the company’s target markets.

• Improve existing formulations to meet customer’s requirements.

• Set up appropriate systems & policies for to enhance the quality of the products.

• Establish project goals and priorities in collaboration with marketing team.

• Induct, train and develop team of high performers.
