Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in Kochi. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with reservations, reserves, customer service, sales, and communication. This includes handling inquiries, managing bookings, confirming reservations, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills
  • Prior experience with reservations and sales
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and reservation management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and local tourist attractions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
