Position Overview:
As a Booking Reservations and Sales Intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience at Everest Base Camp Resort. You will be responsible for assisting in managing reservations, sales, and fostering positive guest relationships. Your enthusiasm, customer-centric approach, and dedication to excellence will make you a key contributor to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle reservations and inquiries efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and partners.
  • Upsell rooms and experiences to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the team on revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy and pricing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the guest journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to bookings and revenue.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback to continually improve our services.
  • Embrace a hybrid work model, dividing your time between remote work and our office in Delhi.

Qualifications:
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a strong interest in reservations and sales.
A go-getter attitude and a desire to contribute to the growth of our resort.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills.
Existing relationships with travel agents are a plus but not required.
Must be based in Gurgaon.

Compensation (Internship):
Monthly stipend: Rs. 7,000
Permanent job offer based on performance after 4 months.
