Job Responsibilities

· Assists the F&B manager in planning, forecasting and budgeting the revenues and cost for the Food and Beverage department.

· Staffing and scheduling of the department and allocation of duties.

· Developing systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction.

· Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the department.

· Performance appraisal/ Management of the staff in the department.

· Ensure all the tangible targets related to revenues, guest satisfaction, hygiene standards, safety standards, mystery audits, TPAM are met

· Ensure Service level agreements are met and followed by team religiously and naturally.

· Ensuring the budgets are met and spoilages for the month are negligible

· Ensuring shortages and excess are not there in bar

· Breakages to be minimal and as per budget

· Motivating and appreciating STAR performers and understanding the improvement requirements for the rest of the associates

· Innovative promotions and driving the sale

· Special experiences to be created for the guest at premium rate increasing the revenues.

· Ensuring team activities on shift and off shift

· Conducting briefing and debriefing

· Supervise and direct the daily activities of the assigned F&B outlets/banquets.

· Work with the outlet chefs in the area of cuisine, menu planning & design for the various outlets/Banquets.

· Ensure through regular monitoring of guest feedback - prompt, efficient and accurate service to all guests.
