Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring high-quality food and drink offerings, and managing costs and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Food handling and safety certification is preferable.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage costs and budgets effectively.
