Restaurant Manager Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with chefs to create menus and specials.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as payroll and budgeting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant software and MS Office.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary or hospitality degree preferred but not required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
