Role purpose



Reporting to a Reward Business Partner, you will support the business with analysis, advice and support the Reward Business Partners on all compensation related activity. You will also support the development and implementation of reward solutions and provide strong technical contribution to the development of compensation and benefits and their operation. Key accountabilities



  • Supporting the Reward team and the wider HR team globally in all areas of reward
  • Support the delivery of complex projects, e.g. Pay benchmarking, managing the pay band tool, participating in salary surveys, Annual Compensation Review etc.
  • Manage core reward processes as required
  • Support the transition of HR strategy into practical and effective reward solutions
  • Support other HR teams as required, e.g. HR Business Partner, Country HR and HR Operations
  • Provide technical expertise and value adding management information for all areas of reward

Role specific requirements



Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable with use and manipulation of financial data; an Excel expert
  • Reward knowledge desirable but not essential
  • Experience working across multiple regions
  • Experience in managing reward processes desirable
  • Experience in providing value adding management information
  • Credibility and personal gravitas to engage with stakeholders
  • Ability to identify and manage risks related to reward and information security
  • Experience in project management would be advantageous
  • Experience across various HR disciplines would be advantageous
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP Success Factors and SAP Reporting would be advantageous
