The Risk Division is a highly visible, dynamic area of the firm where you can be an integral part of the decision-making that supports the bank’s business. Our responsibilities range from Enterprise Risk management, Risk reporting, and regional risk teams covering the risk management for our entities. Your future colleagues

You will part of team of analysts supporting the Credit Suisse Enterprise Risk reporting and analytics (including ERC, Stress Testing, SFTQ, Limit monitoring) for major legal entities. You will be responsible for delivering strategic-initiatives for the team across different regulatory and internal programs. You will face off to key partners across Enterprise Risk managers, Risk IT and Finance. As an analyst you will prepare and distribute enterprise risk reports including investigation and analysis of exceptions, data integrity and methodology issues.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Outstanding understanding of Risk concepts, calculations and prevalent regulatory guidelines like Basel, BCBS 239 etc.
  • Role would suit an outstanding analyst with advance Excel skills (Including VBA/MACRO) and would require good experience in financial markets and proven risk management experience.
  • Prior VAR/ERC/Stress Testing related experience would be a plus
  • Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Finance/ Statistics/ Economics/ Sciences/ Mathematics and completed/ pursuing taking the CFA or FRM qualifications would be desirable.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Qlik/Qlik Sense/ NPrinting would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage work independently, and raise issues appropriately.
  • Ability to build links with internal clients globally.
  • Opportunity to develop and improve tools for risk reporting group. Analysis of results needed which would increase exposure to risk management function.
