Roles and Responsibilities:

To prepare and review presentation materials for weekly and monthly senior management

committee meetings, including the Risk Appetite Dashboard.

To analyze trends of various risk metrics across different business divisions and regions and to challenge the data wherever necessary.
To prepare and review disclosure documents relevant to Risk Management at the Nomura Group level as well as various legal entities.
To provide ad-hoc analysis of various risk metrics, as well as support ongoing projects as and

when required.

To maintain proper documentation of all the processes including for any regulatory assignments and attestation.

Key skills required:

Should have analytical bend of mind and be good with numbers.

Should be strong in attention to details

Should be proactive in collaborating with multiple stakeholders including senior management.

Should have good excel and presentation skills.

Should have basic understanding of the Risk domain and financial markets.
