RPA Operation and Support Engineer,Exempt - Non Officer

RPA Operation and Support Engineer - As an RPA Operation and Support Engineer you will have the below responsibilities.

• Providing Support for the Blue Prism RPA Platform, solving customer issues and addressing customer queries

• Taking care of RPA Platform operational activities and performing checkouts

• Monitoring of the Blue Prism Environment, ensuring the stability of the Blue Prism environment

• Monitoring – Daily administration of the Blue Prism PROD environment (Running processes, maintaining resource PCs, viewing logs etc.) and perform daily health check

• Incident Management – handling the day to day issues pertaining to production environment

• Analyze the tickets raised and perform RCA

• Managing and investigating exceptions

• Prioritize the defects for resolution, including planning the testing of fixes

• Ensure compliance with RPA policy, standards, and guidelines.

• Ensure the RPA platform meets the relevant security standards and policies

• Maintaining RPA quality standards by establishing and enforcing organization standards

• You will have the possibility of working on other platform like the Business Process Engine and Rules Engine

• You will have the possibility to extend the responsibilities into software engineering (build tools and automations) and integration activities (improve dashboards and monitoring)

• You will work in an agile working environment with state-of the art tools (Agile and DevOps toolchain)

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• You hold a degree in Computer Science or related subjects and have 3 - 8 years’ experience in Software Engineering and Application Operations & Support
  
• You have an experience with RPA products like Blue Prism, UIPath, Automation Anywhere or other
  
• You possess development skills in Blue Prism, SQL, Software Design, Data analytics skill
  
• You have knowledge of Incident Management, Change-Management Process, knowledge of ITIL standards
  
• Open-minded team-player with the ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds
  
• You are structured, independently acting, and ambitious individual, willing to work in an open and distributed work environment
  
• You would be willing to continuously extend her/his knowledge and share it with others
  
• Outstanding communication skills
