Sr. Analyst - RPA (Ui-Path) – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer who will be primarily responsible to gather requirements, design, build and execute business processes. This Position will be required to work extensively on business process automation on RPA platforms in line with standard RPA principles and conventions for client engagements.

Work you will do:
  • Adept with leading RPA tool - Ui Path
  • Understand the business process requirements and design.
  • Work with business and technology teams to analyze and assess automation feasibility.
  • Configure automation processes as per Process Definition Document(PDD)
  • Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach.
  • Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
  • Able to support and drive change management of existing processes as per new requirements using a structured change control process.
  • Work with project leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements.
  • Support test automation solutions for different environments (Web, Web services and XML).
Work location: Hyderabad

Shift timings:11:00 AM to 8PM

The team

Is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

The team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies. It has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. It comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Business analysis teams.

Skill set/Qualification:
  • Any computer graduates with 4-5 years of professional services experience particularly in automation projects.
  • Good understanding about RPA Life cycle.
  • Good hands-on experience on RPA Tool - UiPath and exposure on other RPA tools like Power Automate, Automation Anywhere is good to have.
  • Good understanding about UiPath Orchestrator components and Robots Management.
  • Hands-on experience on Scripting languages like VBA, PowerShell, Python.
  • Good exposure on Integration of third-party applications (ServiceNow, Salesforce etc) and good hands-on experience on SQL Server and APIs management.
  • Ability to handle C#/VB .Net scripts in the Automations.
  • Should have knowledge on version control and configuration management tools such as ADO.
  • Understanding of SDLC process
  • Should be Self-driven & have ability to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team.
  • Awareness of Agile development environment especially SCRUM.
  • Good understanding of PDD and Technical Design documents in Automation space
  • Should be able to come up with automation solutions on the given requirement and foresee the associated risks.
  • Should be able to analyze and find out the root-cause during production failures or incidents

Project Skills:

  • Strong communication skills regarding technical topics and remote collaboration skills are critical to this role.
  • Demonstrates an ability to provide accurate project estimates and timelines.
  • Demonstrates an ability to deliver on project commitments.
  • Produces work that consistently meets quality standards.
  • Should be able to represent RPA team effectively during project or stakeholder meetings

Leadership Skills:

  • Demonstrates the ability to operate as the primary resource on a project
  • Demonstrates the ability to work with peers on project assignments.
  • Demonstrates a working ability to foster a cooperative environment with the entire project team. This resource is viewed as a “team player”, who understands the culture and how to be effective in it.
  • Demonstrate as an example in sharing the knowledge to Junior resources in the team.
