C.F.M. Content For Mobile Ltd is looking for an experienced, freelance, Ruby On Rails Developer to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis.

CFM is European-based developer provider of payment and marketing platforms for gaming brands. The company is growing and we are looking for reliable developers to help us on our journey!

We are adding to the core team of RoR developers working in India, both remotely and office-based. The company is dynamic and international in nature, with a start-up feel, despite being established for a number of years.

The job is available to freelance developers only, and please only reply if you are able to freelance, and have the required experience of over 5 years.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Writing, building and maintaining scalable Ruby code in a clear and organised way

• Writing test cases, identifying bugs and solving problems to keep our codebase running smoothly

• Working cross-team with devs and ops to ensure on-time product delivery

We would like someone who can:

• Be proactive and work in a team to continually push the company forward using relevant new technologies and techniques

• Own their projects without being afraid to shout as soon as support is needed

• Gain an understanding of the business systems, develop themselves, go the extra mile and exceed expectations

We require:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Ruby on Rails

• Deep understanding and demonstrable knowledge of object-orientated programming

• Passion for writing great, simple and clean efficient code

• Passion for solving problems

• An ambitious self-starter, a fast learner, who is seeking for constant improvement

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with agile environments

• 40 hours per week, full-time, long term commitment
