Roles and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following-

  • Recruitment of channel partners
  • Providing training forBusiness Development
  • Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of channel partner
  • Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
  • AccompanyingIFA on HNI/UHNIclient meeting.
  • Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
  • Solving distributor’s queries.
  • To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time
  • Following the internal sales process
  • Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Business Development and Channel management skills with experience of3 to 8 years
  • People-oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel partners
  • Good understanding of Mutual funddistribution with experience of 3 to 8 years and know how the industry works
  • Eagerness to work with start-up and problem-solving skills
