We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

Responsibilities

· Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

· Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

· Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, and identifying market trends.

· Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

1. 10 or 12 pass out students can also apply.

2. 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

3. Experience in management may be advantageous.

4. Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.

5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

7. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

8. The ability to work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
