ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Formulate strategy for the territory &ensure delivery of business plan (sales plan)
2. Responsible for achieving budgeted numbers of sales, net contribution & working capital
3. Manage large key Accounts & key distributors to achieve the overall objective of sales numbers & customer satisfaction
4. Responsible for territory growth and increasing market share of Macron range of IP products in line with company vision
5. Establish business relationships at the decision making/Influence levels in all appropriate customer functional areas
6. Collect market intelligence on competition and market trends and to provide feedback to marketing team to develop sales strategies

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
