What you shall do?

Visit prospective customers homes for their Home Painting Requirement
Do a home survey and pitch to Customers about the UCs Painting Services and consult them to make the right choices.
Win the customer and get UC hired for the Customers Painting work

Role & Compensation

Compensation: Fixed 27,000/- per month + Performance-based incentive upto 30,000/- per month.
Designation: UC Painting Consultant
Function: B2C Field Sales
Working Timing: 9 AM - 7PM, 6 days working
Previous experience in the Painting industry preferred (Asian paints, no broker, aapka painter, Berger)

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 5 years of Experience
Must be comfortable with traveling and field sales
Prior experience in Sales is preferred
Educational Qualification Graduate/MBA
Must have excellent communication skills
Previous experience in the Painting industry preferred (Asian paints, no broker, aapka painter, Berger)
