Roles and Responsibilities

-Complete knowledge of Export and Import documentation

- Manage Sales correspondence and providing information as required by customers mainly Multinational Foreign Chain Stores

- Assist Sales team through managing/monitoring schedules, assisting in preparing sales documents/data/presentations

- Independent correspondence with foreign and domestic customer on mail / phone.

- A bridge between the client and factory
- Sampling/ Testing as per customer requirement

- Export co ordination

- Efficiently handle inquiries on mail and telephone

- Converting leads into business by tele calling and emails.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Fluent in English

- Able to make presentation and send mails independently

- Must have strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word.

- Must have strong tele sales skills, Communication Skill, Negotiation, Confident, Planning & Coordination, and have ability to build interpersonal skills
