VACANCY

Sales coordinator (> 3 years’ experience preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Sales coordinator at KRCPL, is expected to carry out duties within the organization, which provide excellent customer service, promote good customer relationship, aim at achieving sales targets by supporting and coordinating with the sales team as well as other departments. We are seeking a candidate who has excellent communicative, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. A candidate who is open to learn, is decisive, assertive, detail oriented, accurate and conducts his roles and responsibilities with honesty and high professionalism will earn an extra leverage.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain customer accounts.

• Communicate and follow up with customers to identify requirements regarding their purchase. • Resolve customer queries by coordinating with other departments within the organization.

• Schedule appointments with the clients and the sales team.

• Undertake the making of quotations, RFQ’S and RFI’s, maintain their records.

• Support market research and analysis to identify potential global customers and suppliers.

• Support research in competitive market prices and maintain record of global price changes.

• Assist sales department with maintaining price exceptions.

• Plan purchase orders (including export orders), their logistics and co-ordinate with other internal departments regarding the same.

• Develop well organized and timely delivered purchase plans in collaboration with the sales team.

• Monitor and track timely deliveries of the orders.

• Skillfully resolve shipment errors and plan efficiently in advance.

• Develop and monitor sales performance indicators for the organization.

• Perform administrative duties for the company.

• Maintain accessible and organized filing system for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of MS-Office tools is necessary.

• Should be proficient in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

• A team player with strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, an ability to work in diverse environment.

• Proven experience in customer service practices and an understanding of sales principles is mandatory.
