Opening in IT company for a Sales/Customer Care Executive. Skillset required good spoken and written english and ability to learn quickly.

Job Role - You will be given training on our software product(ours products are simple food ordering apps and grocery ordering apps which you may already be using on your phone). Once trained you will be giving give demo of our product to customers, reply to their queries via emails, instant messengers like skype and whatsapp, calls etc. Connect the customer to higher management when needed. Following up with clients when we are waiting for inputs from them.

This is not a field job and also not a cold calling or lead generation job(though cold calling/lead generation backgorund would be helpful). You will be working with global clients as our maximum client base is international. Freshers are also welcome. We are also fine with part-time candidates who want to build a long term careers.
