Collect information on properties (Buy, sell/Construction).

Understand the client requirement like budget etc.

Visit property and collect more property related data to share with client.

Taking care of client needs in terms of requirement , share precise information about properties available at hand.

Explain the prospective client about the possible financial options in case of loan.

Provide complete assistance in site visits, re-visits if required.

Get the payment approval of loan amount from appropriate authority.

Assist the client to understand the further process and handover to lean department.

Get payment released from client at closure.

Candidate must be willing to travel in local or outer areas.

Should be able interact well will with local people.

Self disciplined, Motivated to achieve more and more, aggressive approach towards work,

Take follows from clients, teams etc.

Problem solving skills, Decision making skills, Team player, etc
