Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing of Flats and Offices
  • Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Meet with prospects & clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
  • Communicate with clients to identify their requirements
  • Building a network of reliable external Marketing professionals
  • Provide periodic reports to management on sales operations using CRM systems

Required Candidate profile

Qualification: Graduate, MBA (Marketing) or Sales and Marketing specific course from a reputed university

Experience: 2 to 6 years (in Real estate Industry)

  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques & platforms.
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Presentation skill
