Objective

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cracking new outlets and handholding the same for 3 months
  • Hunters will train the sales team in terms of sales and product specifications and features
  • Brand promotion and BTL activities implementation
  • Schemes and offers from Brands will be explained to the sales team
  • Brand sales monthly target and sales incentive scheme will be signed off with sales associates and documented at respective dc
  • Providing samples to the sales team from the lot that is readily available for sales.

Qualification

  • 10th / 12th / any degree.
  • Freshers / Experience can also apply.
  • All Excellent verbal and communication skills and the ability to speak foreign languages
  • Good listening skills and attention to details
  • High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition and determination
  • Ability to achieve desired results both individually and as a part of a team
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
