Position - Sales Manager/Executive (Admixtures and waterproofing)

Location- Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Ahmedabad

JOB DESCRIPTION / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

The sales Manager (Admixtures) is responsible to promote and sell concrete admixtures and allied products to a wide variety of customers like national, regional, and local Ready-mix Concrete manufacturers and job sites (buildings, industrial and infrastructure projects). He should possess good knowledge about the market for Concrete Admixtures along with an understanding of concrete manufacturing and testing process, mix design, etc., and commercial aspects.

This position will be accountable for the following objectives:

v Will be responsible and accountable for the promotion and sales of Concrete admixtures and other allied solutions in his assigned territory

v Increasing market awareness of the ECMAS brand in the given area

v Develop strong relations with key customers (decision makers) like national, regional, and local ready-mix concrete manufacturers, civil construction companies, real estate developers, etc.

v Map and track ongoing and upcoming projects in the assigned area

v Generate sales inquiries and Prepare order-specific sales plans, as required.

v To prepare & submit proposals and achieve vendor approval for the company targeting RMC players, Structural Consultants, Clients, EPCC contractors, Govt. departments, etc.

v To provide technical support to clients and facilitate the sales

v To prepare, and submit techno-commercial offers to the clients, negotiate and secure orders

v Handle the current business and target new customers & segments to generate new business

v Achieve sales, collection, and profitability targets in the assigned territory

v Maintain pricing parameters and margin control

v Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant market information regarding competition, new market developments & trends.

v Carry out market research, competition analysis, and customer surveys on regular Educational Qualifications

B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engg. / B.Sc. (PCM) + MBA

Minimum Work Experience

Having 6-10 years of Sales & Business Development Experience in Concrete Admixtures & allied products

Nature of Experience

Having strong relationships with key Ready-Mix Concrete/ Pre-cast concrete manufacturers, real estate developers, job sites, and large civil contractors

Specific skills / Personal attributes

Good in communication, Confident, Self-Motivated, Analytical abilities, Hardworking, Energetic & Proactive & good in interpersonal skills. He should have an aptitude for problem-solving
