Monetization through advertising is a core focus area currently. The candidate will be responsible for partnering with various clients in order to monetize Airtel’s Digital advertising assets. The aspiration is to make this portfolio into a 100-150 Crore business by FY 22-23

Deliverables :

· Drive sales revenue targets for defined products by leading a team of sales managers

· Own end to end responsibility from client relationships to campaign delivery to revenue collections

· Build category expertise and drive thought leadership

· Set up funnel management process

· Oversee campaign management including on-boarding, consulting, meeting goals and customer delight

· Work closely with product, analytics and operations team

Demonstrate

· Independently lead and manage meetings and engage them in an meaningful discussion

· Drive daily sales rigor, funnel tracking and business growth

· Strong aptitude to understand the advertising ecosystem

· Possess skills around leadership and influencing cross-functional teams; negotiate and drive closures with clients

· Able to build and nurture professional relationships with peers from multiple teams as well as marketing leaders at key advertisers

Self-motivated and flexible around time and volume of work; Should have Ability to multi-task & deliver stretched targets
