We have an opening in one of the leading FMCG(Spices) Industry

Designation: Sales Manager-GT

Location: Based at Karimnagar or Nizamabad and Handling Telangana State

(Except Hyderabad city)

Exp: 7-10 Years in FMCG General Trade (Handling 48-50 distributors is must)

CTC: 8-9 LPA

Age 35

Product Line FMCG GT: Spices/Pickles/Biscuits/Soaps/ Detergent/Dental/Products/Coffee, Tea products

Note:Knowledge of BIZOM application and Knowledge of Territory is must

Roles and Responsibilities

• Primary sales responsibility is to develop GT Market in their assigned territory

• Responsible for appointment of Distributors for expansion of the market

• Meeting the sales targets and to set the goals in assigned area

• Understand and Serve the needs of the market

• Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement

• Conduct market research to understand the competitors brand strategy

• Rural distributers Appointment

• Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence

• Developing the different sales strategies and setting the goals to achieve performance

• Continuous monitoring of team performance through the Digital Apps

• Provides proper MIS/ competitive activities to HO, by putting an effective system to capture the same from the market & the team

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Graduate with minimum 6 years

Specific experience in General Trade (Strictly No to Modern Trade)
