Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Loan Sales Manager to lead our home loan sales team. The Home Loan Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing a team of loan officers, and fostering strong relationships with clients and business partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, exceptional sales and leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

1) Sales Strategy and Execution:

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.

· Identify new business opportunities and market trends to maximize sales potential.

· Monitor market conditions and competitors’ activities to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

· Establish sales objectives, goals, and targets for the home loan sales team.

2) Team Management and Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing home loan sales team.

· Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to optimize their performance and achieve sales objectives.

· Set clear expectations, goals, and targets for individual team members and monitor their progress.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members’ skills and abilities.

3) Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including real estate agents, builders, developers, and other referral partners.

· Act as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the home loan process.

· Address and resolve client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless loan processing and timely closings.

4) Sales Reporting and Analysis:

· Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.

· Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.

5) Compliance and Risk Management:

· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies in all loan origination activities.

· Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to ensure adherence and mitigate risk.

· Implement and enforce ethical sales practices within the home loan sales team.

6) Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred).

· Proven track record of success in home loan sales or mortgage lending.

· Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

· Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary: ₹500,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
