We are looking for smart B2C experienced hands-on Sales leaders for Guwahati/ Dehradun/Chennai locations. Candidates need to be based out of these home states and speak the local language along with English communication which is a must.


Position Experience

  • 8-10 years of Consultative Sales experience with at least 5 years of having handled a team of 3-4 members
  • Should have work experience in the place of posting for a minimum of 2 preceding years
  • Has appointed and managed distributors/franchisees


Education:

  • MBA/PGDM- from Tier 1 B School
  • Any UG - from Tier 1 Institution [Engineering preferred]

Position Summary

This role involves leading a team of Field Sales Engineers (FSE) and achieving sales targets within the markets defined as a cluster. The role is responsible for building the company brand, markets, channels of distribution and coaching of people reporting into this position. The position involves sales of Solar rooftops and pumps in the Residential and Commercial segments of the market.

Position Responsibility

  • Achievement of monthly targets.
  • Hiring and retaining talent as per manpower budgets and mentoring them to achieve consistent growth in performance.
  • Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for lead generation and sales closure
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer delight through timely installation and commissioning of projects
  • Competition benchmarking and keeping company informed about emerging market trends
  • Constantly evaluate and improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations, processes, people, and procedures to ensure quality, speed, safety and value creation
  • Channel Sales Management exposure and effectively optimize the channels
  • Be responsible for supporting and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer/project focus across functional areas
  • Addressing leads that come to CRM/ERP platform within the due time span, Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the sales team
  • Be entirely responsible for the entire sales process starting from lead generation till converting a lead to a prospective customer.
