Job role

  • Interact with Architects, Channel Partners and Clients and generate business as per the targets assigned.
  • New territory development and channel partner development.
  • Co-ordinate with HR and formulate own team in the assigned territory and training of team members with respect to sales skills/ conversions, customer behaviour and product.
  • Give feedbacks from market for product enhancement or new product development.

Mainly, role of candidate is to develop a new territory for the company and generate sales as per the assigned target. The candidate should be self-driven, self-motivated and should have excellent communication and sales skills.

Candidates from fenestration industry(doors/ windows) would be given a preference but building material industry (glass industry, elevator/ escalator industry) would also do but the candidates should be either B.Tech. or BSC. (technically qualified).

Experience – 10-15 years in the above mentioned industries.

CTC – 6-8LPA (including variable part).

Office Timings – 9:15 AM – 6:15 PM.

Working Days- 6 days a week (Monday – Saturday)

Territories– Ludhiana, Punjab
