JOB PROFILE: SALE MANAGER- SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE

  • Job Title:Sales Manager – Dealer & Vendor Finance, Business Loan, Invoice Funding
  • Reporting to:Sales Head

C. Job content: This is a business development position in the Sales & Marketing function in Supply Chain Finance division, where the job is to develop & manage all sales and marketing activities both at retail, strategic and operational level for the Group.

  • Locations:Delhi/Mumbai/Ludhiana/Lucknow/Bangalore, Hyderabad
  • Job Accountability and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales and developloment of SCF business for assigned location
  • Candidate should work closely with the sales and finance teams of their clients to develop financing strategy
  • Investigate, research and understand customer base and distribution methodology
  • Develop & negotiate innovative channel funding products best suited for channel partners - invoice discounting and inventory funding requirements.
  • Access, prioritize and distribute sales pipeline information as a means to develop finance leads
  • Develop financing programs and promotions in concert with our banking partners for customers.
  • Gather credit information on customers for submission on TULIPFIN platform and manage the flow
  • Exceed customer expectations through a focus on customer responsiveness
  • Develop relationships with local banks and financial institutions to provide financial products and programs
  • Evaluate success by measuring incremental sales, new customers and forecasting
  • Monitoring the credit health of the portfolio, performing annual regulatory and KYC checks, handling ad hoc requests and unexpected business contingencies and looking out for any opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Relationship management with channel partners and other business associates
  • Discover and be responsible for cross selling opportunities across the product lines.
  • Any other task assigned by the leadership team
  • Maintaining relations with new clients & retention of old ones.
  • Creating a pool of committed, profitable customers for long time scale and building sound relationship with them.
  • Find out what information & which products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information on that basis.
  • Setting up meetings with new clients and showing presentations with the help of CRM software.
  • Analysis & Researching the latest products and regulations to provide accurate information to the customer on upcoming marketing trends.
  • Searching & looking for new sales opportunities that also match company’s requirement.
  • Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant sales experience in an NBFC, Banks or Fintech
  • Preferably working in a dealer/vendor funding or bill/invoice discount finance company
  • Adequate knowledge of financials and Balance Sheet
  • Highest level of integrity, honesty and trust
  • High Computer literacy
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, high energy and an enduring positive attitude
  • Proposals and decisions that are supported with data
  • Ability to work within teams
  • Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets & producing results
  • Trade Finance & Channel Management products would be an advantage, with ability to talk to product changes

  • Ability to travel to meet business objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
